"I am a huge fan of Robert and his Art of Not Acting class. It’s the most alive, authentic, empowering, freeing and unique approach I’ve ever experienced. Robert's impeccable eye for truth and a rare instinct to tune into what’s blocking each actor has helped me get out of my own way and, finally, into that elusive state of flow. His approach of fostering creativity from an honest, vulnerable, and authentic place is beautiful and rare. I’ve grown so much as an actor and as a person since I started to work with him and it shows in the unfolding of both my personal and professional lives. Bearing witness and jumping into the magic that happens in Robert's classes is nothing short of inspiring and soul expanding."

"Robert's mission is to bring out the character you are ready to be. It's big canvas coaching. You will grow as an artist and be thrilled by the process. He's not a hand holder but meets the ripe, mature actor who is willing to find his/her wings. I've loved working with him. We are born to do what we do...but Robert helps us be what we are meant to be. As the great high wire artist Philippe Petit once said, 'Limits exist only in the souls of those who do not dream.' Robert Colt works in places where our dreams meet light...then we layer by layer embody what we are meant to be. For me he's helping me shimmer like a harp, vibrating, I don't ask why...I find that fucking exciting"

"Rob Colt is unlike any other acting teacher, with a genuine love for acting and an egoless approach. He intuitively understands acting in a way that blows away rule books, that carefully crafted techniques can’t emulate. He has a gift for bringing out your natural talent - which he will be sure to let you know is already there, just needing to be gently guided to the forefront. People who don’t know he exists are missing out and every actor at all levels could benefit from some time with Rob. I am forever changed. Not only my acting abilities, but my life. His class offers a safe, judgement free, non-competitive place (SO RARE) to dig deep and help you reach your full potential in ways you don’t even realize you’re capable of. He is the only acting teacher I can recommend and the only person I know who can really prime you for your career as a serious actor. If you have the opportunity to be in his class, I highly recommend you take it."

"Rob's class, the "Art of Not Acting" is all about upping your game. Rob's impeccable eye for seeing the truest you imbues his class with confidence and trust. It's an actors gym for "getting it real" not "getting it right." You ditch the "ideas", and let your creativity come alive in wild and unexpected ways. I've watched classmates literally transform and come out of their shells in ways I wouldn't have fathomed! I don't even recognize the actor I was before Rob! My confidence is unshakable!!! An incredible actor himself, Rob teaches with decades of experience from working with the best in the business. He is for anyone serious about REALLY being themselves. Discover what true artistic freedom feels like."

"When I met Robert I thought to myself 'This guy should be teaching an acting class.' Finally, he caught up to my idea. His class was all I expected it to be and so much more. It is called 'not acting' because that is exactly what you do, not act but listen to the truth of that moment. To an actor that sounds great in theory but it's a whole different experience when you are witness to it. Robert has a special way to cut through all the crap we actors put in front of ourselves and get straight to the core, the most simple and raw part of our being. In this place everyone's light shines through and it is an exhilarating thing to experience and to watch. I would recommend Robert's "not acting" class to any actor who is serious about taking their work to the next level."

Rob is generous, kind and truthful in his approach to teaching and has made me feel confident in my craft and taught me how to trust myself in and out of his classroom. The care and precision I have experienced and witnessed first hand in his classroom is truly remarkable. "Rob, your class draws together a certain kind of actor, a particular sort of person - one that is ready to be cracked open, to share themselves and bring themselves fully to the delicious moment that is the drug of acting. You help us to know deeply that at every instant we are enough and to trust our unique, genuine response. In the short time I've been in class, a tectonic shift has occurred. I feel it in my auditions, and very much in the jobs I book. It is a sense of ease, of joy, of simplicity in the work that brings more truth and originality than I've previously experienced. Being in class to witness this in my colleagues is beyond inspiring. It's thrilling. This is the kind of work I've always felt was somewhere inside, tucked away under layers of training, conditioning, and the road blocks my mind was constantly constructing. This is the gold. This way of working mines the gold - acting that is so natural you don't see the work, just the magic."

Rob is the acting teacher you imagined before you joined your first acting class. He’s perfect. He’s a teacher who accepts that he cannot know more than you do about your own potential. He only accepts that he knows more than you currently do about unlocking said potential by allowing you to be your true self. Rob does not get in the way - does not overly poke and prod and judge. He gives you vast swaths of time to perform and then perform again with adjustments and then try again in a wildly different direction as an experiment. He allows students to come and go as they need or please. Rob is genuinely there to help you. I have never been to a class of Rob’s that didn’t go overtime. I have never been to a class of Rob’s that felt like a waste of time. Most of all, he’s a true teacher - not a failed actor. Someone called to teach. Someone whose natural inclination is to make sure you grow into the only version of yourself that can have a career. Not so you can be another decoration on their mantle.”

" Since moving to LA I had been looking for an acting teacher I could believe in and trust. For years I tried many different coaches and studios, until one day I stepped into Robert’s class. I knew instantly that I had found my teacher, TEACHER in capital letters, you know the one that changes your life, the one that you look up to, the one who makes you great and changes your life forever.
His extensive experience in the field, profound understanding of human nature and deep passion for acting are just the foundation of his greatness. Robert is nourishing and supportive while pushing you to find the ultimate truth, truth and nothing but the truth. So grateful to have found him. The lifelong journey of pursuing greatness in acting became more enjoyable and more tangible with his guidance and support. This class is for professionals who have devoted their lives to acting, it aims for the highest standards and nothing less. Can’t wait to see where this profound and beautiful experience of being his student will take me. Thank you, Robert."

"I've had the pleasure of knowing Robert for many years and have always known him to be a person of integrity. Recently, I was excited to be able to join his class. Since I've studied with many different teachers, I was curious to see what Robert's class was all about. Right from the beginning I was impressed by the environment he creates for his students.
Robert has a keen eye and laser sharp focus. He understands what actors go through and what issues can hold them back from being their best. He then helps you to identify and break through those issues. His ability to understand where you are in your craft and what you need is one of his gifts. One of my favorite things about the class is that Robert creates a safe space to explore and grow as an actor. The environment is not about 'right or wrong' but instead whether you were 'truthful, believable or real.' You get to work on your strengths and improve on your weaknesses so they can become your strengths."

"Robert helped me take my artistic craft to the next level. Thanks to his teachings I started booking and gaining the respect of an industry overwhelmed with the infinite options of actors; with Robert’s guidance I was able to get to my truth faster and with great clarity. This allowed me to bring those characters on the scripts to life in such a way that I have been able to deliver undeniable performances that stayed in the memory of people for such a long time, resulting in more invitations to audition and direct acting jobs' offers from major casting offices and production houses. Besides being in a safe environment where we can expose one’s soul, while also having a lot of fun, the students are genuine and
truly inspiring. Robert Colt’s class offers a community that supports exponential artistic growth. I can not tell you how grateful I am for having access to such a wonderful coach as Robert and our peers."

"Robert, WOW! He changed not only my career, also my life. First of all, in his class, you feel like a brother is teaching you. He taught me one of the greatest things, “NO ACTING”, and also made me grow as a person in so many aspects of my life. I gained so much confidence and everything started to be easier. He told me, do not act, be simple let it go let it flow……wow, that’s it! I started not only booking more and more, I'm also having big auditions for the biggest studios and production co., and competing with big, big actors. I love his technique, so authentic, he is your acting coach but at the same time your life coach and I found just how important that is. He has the capability to put the whole class in the same tone, vibration, and energy. You feel you're having so much fun working with everybody like a close artistic family. Everybody supports you, nobody is better or worst….We are all the same and growing together. Thank you so much, Sir!

"Robert's is one of the top notch classes in LA, NY and really anywhere. A couple of months ago I was preparing to play the lead in a film I co-wrote, produced and was starring in. Robert helped give me the space, awareness and just a touch of encouragement I needed to find my own personal truth in the role. Nothing put on or controlled. "I was once told by a dear friend that 'being an actor is a noble quest' speaking to the actors ability to let go of what we may know and allow ourselves to explore the truth of another wholly and without judgement. Robert's coaching sets the tone for this level of freedom. His knowledge of craft, media, plays along with his keen eye, transparency, and sense of truth challenges students to seek their excellence. Being coached by Robert has been liberating and opened up a new level of excitement about being an actor for me. I literally can't wait to get to that playground called "class" where we all stretch and grow together while discovering who the characters we get to play really are!"

"I’m about to wrap on the first big project of my career. I’m a key supporting character in a 10 episode pilot series. As I wait for my last shot I can’t help but hear the words of my teacher, Robert Colt, “sometimes all talent needs is the right support and encouragement." Robert's class is that. The things that you learn from him gives you all you need to feel confident and ready to be free and play on camera. Being in his class has taught me the standard of preparation and truth I’m not only capable of but expect every time I work. Every time I had a hard time, I heard Robert’s voice and his priceless tools for those moments. I could hear him say to me, “I trust my judgment on talent, and I bet on you." And I did it, I was free, I trusted him to trust myself and the talent. The talent always wins. You were right my teacher. I love you. It’s time to play.

"Rob’s class is truly unique. He dedicates his coaching to the individual needs of each actor, recognizing no two are the same. He has a gift of knowing when moments are authentic, and how to help actors get out of their own way - digging for deep truth through many different genres. In Rob’s class I feel that I can set myself free and explore my own craft to depths I didn’t even know I was capable of. "Before I joined Robert's class about a year ago, I was almost ready to throw in the proverbial towel. After 3 decades in this business, I had spent the last several years trying to revive my passion and motivation for acting – and was failing miserably. I was taking various classes and workshops, filling my head with so many techniques and “insider tips“ about auditioning and acting that I ended up with the opposite of what I was searching for: I felt stale, uninspired, and deeper in my head than ever before. It would take an enormous amount of effort to pull me out of there, but Robert was willing to oblige. With a great deal of patience and generosity, Robert helped me break down those self-imposed barriers and find my passion for acting again. The level of support and love from my classmates is unparalleled. Robert asks for nothing less. And the talent? Simply jaw-dropping. When someone has a breakthrough, we all benefit. Robert strongly resists the typical “acting teacher” label; he is more facilitator and colleague – just the most generous one I’ve ever met. Whereas in the past, I would feel lost outside of acting class without my teacher’s approval and guidance - with Robert, I feel armed and ready to play no matter where I am. Recently, a casting director even commented, “Finally, an actor who knows how to listen.”

"There are many acting teachers. and techniques (i.e. Mesiner, Adler, etc) meant to get an actor to a place of authenticity, and many actors have found success with them. But the brilliant simplicity of Robert's work with actors is the you don't need to go into your head, analyzing every detail and working your technique to eventually become authentically present. You can learn to simply lift the words (and life), directly off the page, and be present to it without the disconnect of "acting" your way into the moment. There is unbridled freedom in "not acting." There is only you and your instinct.
What makes Robert uniquely qualified to guide actors, is his keen eye in keeping you true to your instincts. You will learn to simply "be," which is the art of "not acting." The life of the scene will happen to you, in the moment, and neither you nor the audience will know what's coming next - it is the most satisfying experience for the audience and actor alike. It is a gift to bring yourself to life in any story you wish to tell. This is the gift that Robert Colt offers."

"There is nothing quite like being in 'the zone' as an actor. Those moments of being truly in the moment wether it is on stage, on camera or rehearsal, are so precious and fleeting. And since coaching with Robert they have been occurring to me so much more consistently. Approaching my artistic process and my life from a place of 'beingness' and truth in the Non-Acting Class has been incredibly enriching to me and my career. Robert, with his sharp 'lie detecting skills' and generous insights has created a space where talents can fully emerge, and blocks can be dealt with. The level of talent, collaboration and pure joy I've seen in his classes has been unmatched!
Thank you Robert!"

"After years of training, and years of avoiding more training, I found Robert Colt’s class, and found a new way of working that reignited my fire. Unlearning long held beliefs of what good acting was, I have never felt so alive in my work. The class will challenge you, and push you to limits much like an athlete readying for competition, strengthening your drive to bring your truth to the world and the marketplace. The work you witness in class will remind you how transcendent the art of acting (or not acting) is, and how worth the squeeze, the juice of life is. I can’t wait to get back to class every week. “Robert's approach to acting is both simple and profound. I’ve gone to many classes and what strikes me the most about Robert’s class is the consistent amount of “not acting” I see and experience. That for me is the best kind of acting - when I witness ease, flow and beingness. I love the analogy he uses that doing a scene is like entering a boxing ring. "A zoom class? Even knowing what a wonderfully special class Robert Colt has, I was still reluctant to take an acting class on Zoom. Not only are the limitations I imagined not there, but I have discovered some real advantages, with one being the ability to see the recorded class playback, hear Robert's insightful comments, and see exactly what I was doing up close. Over the years, I have studied with some highly respected teachers (Juilliard) and have played with a few different approaches to acting. This class is more a letting go of all you 'know'; the techniques, tricks and methodologies, and coming from the heart with a kind of listening, relaxation and trust that leaves you open to spontaneous surprises. LUCKY is the actor that works with Robert Colt, whether in-person or on Zoom, and I only wish I had done so sooner."

"This honestly has been one of the best, and most unique acting experiences I have ever had! Robert got me back to the childhood feeling of 'playing pretend.' To the times where I wouldn't think, I would just be. This class doesn't just help you to become a better actor, it also helps you to become a better person. Robert removes blocks that you may not even realize are there which allows vulnerability, leading to a truthful performance. “Since working with Robert my ability to book work actually increased! His class is unlike any other training I've ever done. There is a total reverence for supporting Realness and Truth, and at the same time a no-tolerance mentality for "faking it", or "acting tricks", or personal BS/stories. Robert is the kindest, most compassionate, supportive, and loving individual I've ever met or worked with. He truly believes in everyone's ability to be free of limitations and mediocrity, and encourages us to explore our greater selves. He knows how to push us past our comfort levels while still being loving and straightforward. Plus, everyone in the class is just a gem to work with! It's an incredibly special group of individuals that constantly inspire me to be bold and truthful."

"This was one of the best acting experiences I've ever had and definitely the best class I've ever taken. I say that having worked with some of the best acting teachers in Europe and the US. However I'm reluctant to call it a "class" as when Robert Colt works with you you feel like your in the real world on a film or TV set. He fine tunes your craft effortlessly making your performance seem effortless. But the truth is you are not "performing" you are simply being. You are connecting with your scene partner at the highest possible level. I was blown away by the A - list level of talent in the room. "Robert Colt, I have not stopped thinking about your class and what I learned from you. I have been meaning to write you but the words are too important for me to rush it. You changed my view of life and death. You ripped the anxiety right out of my body that has been enduring it for years. Thank you for being so giving and loving and honest sharing your experiences. I would advise all actors to study with you. I have been directing actors on camera ( I run my camera) for 35 years and there is that moment to moment real feeling that is hard to teach to an actor. Helping an actor not act and to trust their instincts is special. Not everyone can do that. But you do it so lovingly and with so much praise and faith in the actor. I've been all over town and see a lot of coaches. I have never learned something myself, until now. Thank you for having me and thank you to Billy McNamara for sharing you in the first place.

"There are many acting coaches in L.A. None however are able to do what Robert is doing; taking the powerful and transformative technology of Inside Game that he has developed over the last 18 years, and pairing it with his experience and training as an actor to offer this unique experience. I believe that everyone who goes into this class cannot help but come out a more dynamic actor and a more dynamic human being.

"No matter who you've studied with, where you've been, who you've worked with on set, as an artist we are always seeking to get better. Robert's technique took me from knowing my technique to truly getting back to living the passion of the art. There's a huge difference and it shows in the work. The best thing about the transformation that happens in Robert's class is that the actor gets back in touch with their deepest truths. It goes far beyond acting and takes working with a scene partner onto the quantum level. The utter bliss of connecting so deeply, way beyond Meisner (like wayyyyyy beyond), is a profound feeling that really can't be accurately described beyond total artistic connected bliss.”

Robert brings a passion to his guidance, motivated by direct, but kind encouragement that is unparalleled, in my experience. He challenges each actor to get out of their own way and by doing so unlocks the unique quality that every actor possesses to shine through in their work."

"Last week Rob was the first person I called to tell him I booked an amazing part in a farce called A Comedy of Tenors at Pierson Playhouse, a theatre in the LA area. My scene partner at the audition and I were panting on stage after galavanting around in the highly physical and farcical pace when the director literally stood up and told me I made his day! I was thrilled to share the news with Rob when I booked the part, but mostly I wanted to thank him. If it weren’t for his guidance in scene study, I honestly don’t know that I would have booked this part. Everything I’ve been learning in class prepared me to crush that audition and truthfully embody this character. In the past year Rob encouraged me to stretch my acting muscles and tackle the genre of farce, admittedly I was intimated. How does one walk that delicate tightrope and balance the absurdity of the situations and characters with the grounded truth? We spent months playing in Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest, Shakespeare’s The Merry Wives of Windsor, and more modern pieces too. I remember Rob saying that if we could tackle farce, especially Shakespeare, it would unlock something in us making every piece hereafter easier and more fun. He was right! Something freed up in me and I learned I truly could trust my impulses. This newfound freedom has not only led to many more fulfilling scenes in class, but thanks to my newly polished comedic chops I’ve booked three commercials this year, been put on avail for three more, and now booked this role in a play! I know without a doubt I have Rob to thank in part for this. Rob’s class has been an absolute light for me. I am thrilled every week to unlock more treasure."

"Robert's class is unlike anything you’ll ever take. I’ve benefitted greatly from many classes with wonderful teachers over the years, and learned so much from each of them. But Robert is in a league of his own. He looks at someone and sees past all of their habits and tricks straight down into their soul. He masterfully knows just what each person needs and when they need it. Just as he will step out of the way to allow breathtaking performances to unfold, he will be lovingly ruthless in helping someone remove a layer or mask they didn’t know they were wearing. I’ve never before seen an acting teacher strip down a person’s performance so that the actor’s heart is beautifully exposed before even they realized it. I only wish that Robert were more bi-coastal! I will study with him every chance I get the opportunity, and I highly suggest you do the same!"

"As an actor you are constantly pulled into and enticed with the next acting guru, or teacher. The hot new thing you just must spend your money on so that you will be the next big star.
I don't know if you will ever be a "Star" but you may just wake up to the most beautiful, real, sexy, dirty, enchanting, simple, complex, creative version of you that you have experienced in a long time by spending some time with Robert. I have studied with so many teachers and have been up and down and around the block in this business and I have not studied with someone who brings such razor sharp compasion and joy to the game of acting as Robert does. There is no teacher here, no swami master who is going to try to make you feel like a pile of shit. What I got, and what I believe you are going get out of this is the best friend you wish you always had. One who is not afraid to cut through all the bs, and help you move to the core of you in the most loving real way. I have and watched people take material they have never seen before and make some of the most compelling work filled with such freedom, ease and joy. A beinginess that should honeslty be a part of every creative endeavor. Being. If there is any big secret to acting it's right there. It's right here. I was profoundly affected by this class and environment. Every person has their journey and wakes up to things at different times, but My advice is to get out of your own way and jump into the fun with Robert. It may just change everything."

"Robert Colt's class is where you can be yourself, or better yet, where you can safely let go of being yourself. To be free to be nothing, an empty vessel where essences and emotions move through within you to serve the story that is revealing itself from the unknown. When you are part of Rob's class you are loved and celebrated by Rob and everyone there. It's a place, that nurtures your evolution as a human being. If you're looking to fully express your raw authenticity, Rob will gently guide you there. You can become the more honest and humble artist you've been looking to be. One that, to use Schumann's words, truly "sends light into the darkness of men's hearts".

I remember the first time I walked into one of Robert's classes. I didn't know what to quite expect. Somehow it didn't feel like I was entering a classroom where someone talked down to people but rather a playground or recess for fun. Over the past few years I have not only seen myself grow into a artist and someone who enjoys telling the truth. But I have also seen people around me excel and encourage each other through everyone's personal journey. I fell in love with stories as a child, and thanks to Robert I fell in love with not acting but living in the moment. There is nothing remotely as beautiful as the moments I have had the pleasure to witness in his classroom. His passion and fire will help ignite or reignite your own by simply encouraging you to tell your own truth. He's a Swiss army knife when it comes to cutting through the bullshit, and hands down one of my favorite actors of all time." Tamas Kun
Working with Robert Colt, and the actors who frequent the live and Zoom classes, is about as challenging as you allow it to be.If you are inspired to raise your personal standard here, it might be the creative gym for you. Sometimes one flies, or crashes in spectacular flames, but one is always risking and exploring the truth in storytelling behavior in as much depth as one dares. It is the safest space I’ve ever found to do just that. And, a role that once might have been ‘scary’, or ‘against type’, becomes exciting to explore. With permission to be You, you discover what your unique lens is. There is serious fun honing that, which makes the character work unique to the actor while retaining its absolute truth within the story.

"If you are looking for someone to work with who values truth and encourages the un-apologetic you, Robert is the guy. If you are tired of acting and want to get to the root of it then this is the room to work in. If you like a mind-full approach to your work and enjoy the neurosis that can so often mute performances then you probably won’t enjoy Colt’s approach.”

"I've been to many acting classes throughout my adult life and have never found one where I've felt more raw, vulnerable and yet so comfortable and supported, as I have with Robert's
Art of Not Acting class. Robert's classes are a deep exploration into your truth and a constant reminder to listen and respond honestly, as well as how important it is to connect with your scene partner. Robert has a sniper eye for talent and is spot on when helping us be our best selves. He will get you out of your comfort zone and you will not only be a better actor because of it, but also a better person.”

"Robert has a passion for authenticity in the artistic expression. He’s dedicated to helping me (and everyone who works with him) to connect to and express my own talent in its fullest form. He’s ‘allergic’ to anything derivative and non authentic. This is what really helps me. I know that my best work happens when I let my talent work through me, freely and fully. Booking a job is okay, but a career is what counts. For that I must have access to what makes me me, and bring it fully, every time. And when that happens, I love it. Robert’s work is focused on that "

"Robert Colt has a gift for seeing and knowing truth. Truth and vulnerability in acting are such incredible gifts to experience and Robert is wonderful at knowing them and clearing a path to them. I have taken countless acting classes centered on getting the results of the scene and performing a scene how it’s ‘supposed’ to look, and what I learned was how to question my own artistic expression and intuition. What Robert teaches in this groundbreaking class is how to allow the artist to live and thrive in the truth of the moment as it occurs. I have officially rediscovered my love of playing and my joy of acting."

"There is no one like Robert Colt. No one. I continue to be in awe at his uncanny ability to identify truth at a quantum level. He also helps the actor remove unnecessary training, techniques, and artistic blocks that prevent the actor from exploring truthfully, fearlessly, and unapologetically. These are the types of actors that industry professionals are looking for. I can't recommend his class enough."

"Robert Colt is a rare gem. His brilliance is his ability to sense truth vs. acting. Weekly, I am awed by the talent and the amazing work he draws out of the class. He shines a light and has unveiled my own "conditionings” as a human and an actor. He will gently push in and bring you to some uncomfortable places as you unearth your authentic self, but the work is so rewarding! The freedom you have as an artist when your instrument is truly set free is undeniably rich and yet so simple, and the work is just breathtaking and inspiring to watch. I am a better actor and person having worked with him. Thank you Robert!"

"Robert Colt has an incredibly keen discernment, the highest of integrity, and deep, deep love. Therefore, you will not be “learning” from another “teacher”, but, instead, being led to the truth by a steadfast “guide”. He has such respect for the art, and for people, that you only need surrender to the simplest of truth, accept what he is offering you, and you will be profoundly moved. Too often we deny ourselves permission... to take time, to be our true, fullest, most expressed selves. You owe yourself this opportunity to see what happens when you do! While working with Robert, I was awed daily by the masterful talent in the room, and the caliber of performance that was revealed, in no small part through Robert's careful attention, and often uncanny insight. I slowly dropped into a deeper understanding and appreciation of my very self. I woke up the morning after a week of training with this great sense of responsibility, and duty to my own talent. I feel extremely honored, empowered, and lucky. And I am forever changed. If you really listen, and let it happen, you may be too.
With such great love and gratitude, Kobie Bowles
"One word to describe Rob's class is MAGICAL. I've never experienced anything like it! I've experienced a level of freedom, honesty, and vulnerability in my work that I've never experienced before. I've tapped into the power of who I am as a human being and as an actress. Rob strips down all the "acting" BS and keeps things so simple. My confidence and trust within myself has sky-rocketed. I now know that I can take on any role and all there is to do is bring my truth to it. Being in Rob's class is a gift! If you are an actor and want to experience FREEDOM in your craft and deepened trust within yourself, you must take Rob's class!"

"I feel blessed to have found myself in Robert Colt's acting class, over ten years ago. That has a double meaning because under Robert's uncanny eye, I have found my SELF in how I work best, i.e. cultivating the work habits under which I perform best. As well as how I deal with feedback when I am struggling. Robert is always empathic and enlightening and creative when giving feedback. With gentle guidance, and unflinching honesty, Robert can take a student to a the place where
his/her acting is free, spontaneous and fun. What is so impressive is how sensitively Robert can attune to a student's inner experience,
if the student hasn't expressed his/her concern openly. After a short conversation, this leads to an unleashing or a freeing interpretation
of the actor's work. As was stated in a previous actor's quote, a very successful actor mind you, ...'As a student you will grow as an artist and be thrilled with the process.' I couldn't agree more."
